Our client a well-established independent Estate Agency with a strong presence in Sussex is seeking a capable and experienced Senior Property Manager to support the management of their extensive residential lettings portfolio in Haywards Heath.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance inspections and compliance
- Managing tenancy issues notices and deposit negotiations
- Providing high-quality customer service and support
- Coordinating with contractors and third parties
- Ensuring accurate documentation and records
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Extensive experience in residential property management
- Knowledge of property legislation and processes
- Strong telephone manner and customer care skills
- Calm organised and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of Haywards Heath and surrounding area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional self-motivated and well-presented
