Pay : HK$24191 - HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
checking of Medical Fee Assistance cases (e.g. Medical Fee Waiving Samaritan Fund and Community Care Fund Subsidy cases).
up checking progress and prepare reports statistics and analysis.
3. Assist in implementation of fees and charges reform (e.g. promulgation and enquiries handling).
daily operation of Shroff/Finance Office operation.
in implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
and liaise with internal and external departments or parties.
out general clerical duties including filing data entry record keeping and enquiries handling.
any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements :
1. University Graduates with work experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Strong IT skill and PC application such as Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word etc.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Responsible self-motivated able to work under pressure and independently.
4. Good inter-personal and communication skill.
