Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute private events sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities & new revenue streams
- Negotiate and close corporate sales deals.
- Collaborate with event planners & teams and Ensure seamless event execution.
- Meet or exceed private events and corporate sales revenue targets.
- Develop pricing strategies and packages.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and develop targeted marketing campaigns utilizing social media and email marketing.
- Track analyze and report sales data private events and corporate sales performance and provide insights for future improvements.
- Monitor expenses and ROI.
- Create bespoke luxury event experiences collaborating with chefs and event designers.
- Ensure Negotiate and close partnership deals client loyalty and retention.
Qualification
Post Graduation in Business Management having 8 to 12 years experience Sales Corporate Sales & private events
