We are expanding our operations to a three-shift model and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Manufacturing Operator.

As a Lead Manufacturing Operator you will play a key role in driving our continued success. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Manufacturing Operators to meet production goals maintain high quality standards and ensure efficient safe and compliant operations. You will also provide hands-on training and guidance helping team members grow their skills and reach their potential.

This new shift structure reflects our commitment to increasing capacity and flexibility and we are seeking an additional Lead to help support and motivate our expanding team across all shifts.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment strong communication and coaching skills and a passion for continuous improvement. A commitment to safety quality and operational excellence is essential.

This roles rotational shift pattern covers:

Morning Shift: 06:00 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 22:00
Night Shift: 22:00 06:00
