Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Mammography Technologist to join our team in The Woodlands Texas. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills leadership abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mammography and radiologic imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards
- Oversee daily operations of the mammography department ensuring workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Train mentor and support technologists and staff to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of mammography equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists physicians and clinical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- ARRT (R) (M) certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Texas Medical Board (MRT) license required
- Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
