What Youll Do:
Lead and coach the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage inventory: purchasing pricing merchandising and aging.
Appraise trades and acquire vehicles to maintain a profitable mix.
Set pricing strategies based on market trends and profit targets.
Work closely with F&I and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor key metrics (gross profit volume inventory turn).
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Recruit train and develop sales staff.
What Were Looking For:
2 years of management experience in automotive sales (pre-owned preferred).
Strong understanding of used car operations inventory tools (vAuto etc.) and reconditioning.
Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Experience with CDK and VinSolutions.
