Sales Manager – Coffee Retail & Event Venue
Overview
A leading coffee retailer and event venue is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its café business and event space offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within reputable cafés banquets or event organizer businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales strategy for both retail coffee outlets and event venue bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying opportunities for new business.
- Develop creative sales solutions tailored to customer needs (corporate private events retail promotions).
- Oversee sales team performance coaching and motivating for results.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 7–8 years’ proven experience in sales management (hospitality café chains banquet/events).
- Strong leadership negotiation and client management skills.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
