About the Role
Our client a national FMCG Food company is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations. This role oversees production engineering inventory people management and HSE compliance. We need a strong disciplined leader with deep experience in high-compliance industries (FMCG Food or Pharmaceutical/GMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Maintain GMP HACCP food safety and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee production planning engineering and preventive maintenance.

• Manage raw materials WIP and finished goods inventory.

• Lead factory teams and enforce discipline safety and performance standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence (Lean/5S).

• Report production KPIs OEE efficiency and downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Industrial Tech or Food Technology.

• 10–15 years’ experience managing factories in FMCG Food or Pharmaceutical (GMP).

• Strong leadership with the ability to manage 50–300 staff.

• Excellent knowledge of production processes maintenance inventory and HSE.

• Hands-on disciplined leadership style; strong communication skills.

• Willing to be based full-time in Bandung.
