Paid Social Executive
Summary
We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to deliver best-in-class Paid Social campaigns in APAC for a luxury hospitality brand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution optimisation and reporting of paid social activity across key platforms ensuring campaigns meet and exceed performance goals. You will also liaise with vendors assist managers in the team and provide clear insights to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Build and present media plans with clear budget recommendations targeting and strategies.
- Identify opportunities to integrate paid social with other digital and ATL channels.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Set up manage and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn TikTok.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives targeting and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily performance adjusting bids budgets and targeting to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure campaigns comply with taxonomy and brand safety standards.
- Oversee tracking setup and account restructuring when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse performance using platform tools.
- Deliver weekly and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights.
- Provide commentary on ROI and recommendations for optimisation.
Collaboration & Communication
- Support managers in the team with campaign planning client updates and internal coordination.
- Foster relationships with platform partners exploring beta opportunities and contributing to campaign briefs.
Success Measures
- Achievement of client KPIs and ROI.
- Clear actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3 years hands-on paid social campaign management.
- Proven experience across Meta TikTok LinkedIn DV360 or Teads.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation strategies.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
