POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and assisting in the marketing planning & development to drive smooth operations of marketing milestones.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Coordinate campaign planning analyze performance and drive brand growth through innovative data-driven marketing initiatives across all channels
  • Plan/support/execute APAC events/consumer engagement activities coordinate cross-functional teams ensure brand alignment and analyze campaign effectiveness to enhance local market brand awareness and loyal customer impact
  • Lead and support in driving seasonal consumer engagement initiatives (including instore activities etc.) aligned with brand guidelines delivering brand experiences fostering loyalty and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Lead and develop and execute seasonal Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) programs with excellence ensuring alignment with business objectives and elevating brand perception across key markets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing advertising communications or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in consumer-marketing or communications or working in communications in a creative agency
  • Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences
  • Strong analytical strategic and organizational skills
  • Experience working with global and international offices/partners
