Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Data Mirroring team across multiple regions (e.g. AIR & LCL) ensuring timely and accurate data replication between systems like CW1 and TMFF.
Coordinate daily work allocation to Project FTEs using structured reporting schedules 24/7.
Ensure KPI alignment and performance tracking such as:
HAWB/MAWB updates within 4 hours of input receipt
HBL/MBL updates within 24 hours
Pre-alerts aligned to ETD targets.
Facilitate training and onboarding
Drive process improvements such as automation tool testing and Power BI reporting for visibility.
Collaborate with Area and GSC teams to align on SOPs handover points and escalation protocols.
Audit data quality and ensure reconciliation between systems flagging deviations and maintaining reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 Years Supervisory/Leadership Experience in logistics or supply chain operations particularly in data handling and system integration (e.g. CW1 TMFF).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate across geographies.
Proficiency in reporting tools including Excel (advanced/macros) Power BI and internal audit systems.
Process improvement mindset with a track record of driving efficiency and visibility through structured reporting and automation.
Training and mentoring capabilities especially in onboarding new team members and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Understanding of KPI frameworks and ability to align team performance with organizational goals.
