Medical Receptionist- Burlington
Mt. Baker Pain Clinic in Burlington is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic patient-focused environment. Be the first smile patients see and the last helping hand they encounter we make a difference in the lives of those managing chronic pain every day!
Pay: $18-$21/hr Schedule: MonThu 7 AM6 PM No weekends or evenings
What youll do:
Greet patients & visitors warmly
Schedule appointments and verify insurance
Collect co-pays & follow up on no shows
Answer phones direct calls and provide information
Maintain a neat and professional reception area
Handle general office duties with accuracy and care
