Job Summary
We are looking for a Electrical Coordinator!
Salary: 25000.00 annually
Location: Pheonix Way Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ
Hours of work: (37.5) hours per week Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments to ensure smooth project coordination
- Create detailed scopes of work for installers to support efficient execution
- Plan and coordinate logistics to keep projects on track and on time
- Maintain strong organisational systems and workflows across the department
- Communicate confidently with installers to relay project requirements and updates
Required Skill Set:
- A people person with great communication skills
- Confident in using several systems databases at the same time
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure
- Experience in admin/coordination role (bonus!)
