About the role
Join our Sales team based in South Africa where youll play a key role in promoting Paxton products and growing accounts across the business. Youll engage with installers end-users and consultants building strong relationships to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with installers end users and consultants via our distributors to expand our customer base and generate a demand for Paxton products.
- Engage in regular customer visits to grow customer relationships and support demand generation.
- Maintain our CRM database by keeping customer profiles and information up-to-date.
- Producing and recording meeting reports for all business meetings via our CRM database.
- Deliver commercial and installation training to distributors and installers where required.
- Pro-actively manage your Outlook calendar with a two-week call plan.
- Capture potential project opportunities with customers and record information appropriately.
- Build relationships across the business to identify and develop sales opportunities and utilise Paxton HQ resources.
- Collaborate with distributor sales teams and account managers to align on strategy and develop productive relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with your manager and proactively prepare for annual appraisals and quarterly reviews.
- Covering the Gauteng province region.
What are we looking for
- Ambition a target driven mindset and a strong motivation to succeed.
- Previous sales experience in a field-based role ideally within Security or similar industry with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- To be based in the Gauteng and able to commit to travel in and around the region.
