A leading global organisation in the resources sector has launched a Cost Leadership Programme a high-impact enterprise-wide initiative focused on cost excellence value creation and data-driven decision making through stronger collaboration between Finance and Operations.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who can help elevate this programme into a world-class delivery engine.

You will partner with senior leaders coordinate multi-stream teams and drive the successful execution of a programme that is strategically critical to the organisations global portfolio.
As the Programme Manager you will:
- Own and run the full programme workplan
- Drive governance reporting and performance metrics
- Connect interdependent teams across time zones
- Integrate design sprints and implementation planning
- Lead risk and issue management
- Build and maintain the Cost Leadership Playbook
- Support the Programme Leader
- Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement
Were Looking For a high-impact leader with:
- 10 years programme/project management experience (global hybrid/agile a plus)
- Strong mining or heavy industrial sector exposure
- Experience working with geographically dispersed operational teams
- Deep knowledge of programme governance risk and multi-stream delivery
- Strong communication and executive-level engagement skills
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on delivery-focused approach
- A project management or financial qualification is highly advantageous.
