Job Summary
a leading South African online retailer is looking for a highly talented Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team in Cape Town.

The position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer credit notes and invoices.
- Uploading customer payments via Internal systems daily
- Creating and managing the accuracy of customer accounts on Sage
- Management of customer accounts and relationships for timeous collection of Accounts Receivable balances
- Assisting with inter-company and inter-department queries and processing inter-company recharges
- Reconciliations: reconciling company bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and money received is accurately allocated to the accounts receivable ledger.
- Allocation and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable payments receipts and CODs
- May be required to perform additional ad hoc duties as required within the department
Attributes required:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle queries professionally
- Problem solving skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years experience in Finance administration role.
- Experience with financial software such as SAGE evolution an advantage
- Computer proficiency pertaining to MS Office is a prerequisite strong excel skills
- Relevant Accounting Degree/Diploma
