Finance & Budget Officers (x2) Pietermaritzburg
Our client within the non-profit environment is seeking two experienced Finance and Budget Officers to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Prepare maintain and analyse monthly financial reports and budgets ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
- Monitor and manage various projects and organisational budgets
- Ensure accurate monthly allocation of expenditure and income
- Prepare journals and perform reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with organisational and project-specific procurement financial and operational policies
- Provide accurate financial forecasting aligned with project milestones and timelines
- Support audit processes at both organisational and project levels
Requirements:- A relevant 3-year diploma/degree or currently studying towards one
- Strong financial and administrative background with a minimum of 34 years experience in an admin/accounting role
- Computer literacy with strong organisational analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible and able to respond efficiently to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Sage 300 (Accpac) will be an advantage
- Must have own transport
