TB HIV Care (THC) in existence since 1929 is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB including adolescent girls and young women sex workers people who use drugs and inmates in correctional facilities. Purpose of the position:
Primary point of contact to oversee all financial aspects of the organisation. Responsible for the overall financial management for all projects across the organization including: project book-keeping reporting budgeting stakeholder engagement administration sub-recipients/sub-partners and staff management.
Minimum Requirements
- Honours Degree in Accounting / Business Management / Admin or equivalent
- CA(SA) registration with SAICA
- Minimum years experience in a senior finance role
- Strong understanding of the non-profit sector
- Experience working with large international donors such as CDC USAID Pepfar and Global Fund
- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling experience a must)
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel SAP and Electronic banking systems knowledge required
- Clear criminal record
