Job Summary

What success looks like in this role:

Gains familiarity with Data Engineering tooling concepts practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs standard data engineering duties including:
o Working with technical colleagues and supported teams to understand business and associated data requirements
o Building data management infrastructure for optimal data extraction transformation and loading
o Identifying designing and delivering data management process improvements
o Constructing data pipeline workflows and schedules
o Writing and optimizing SQL and other queries
o Troubleshooting and helping resolve data-related technical issues and
o Providing ongoing support monitoring and maintenance of deployed products in a build-and-run model.
Gains exposure and experience with gathering raw structured semi-structured and unstructured data using batch and real-time data processing frameworks.
Learns and applies relevant database / data management security and related standards and policies.
Assists with projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
