Job Summary

Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with engineering plans codes and safety standards.

Experienced in preparing bills along with regular Joint Measurement Reports (JMR) as well as proficient in preparing detailed estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections and reporting to higher authorities.

Manage resource allocation including materials equipment and workforce scheduling.

Verifying drawings survey reports and technical documentation.

Collaborate with architects contractors subcontractors and clients for smooth project execution.

Resolve technical and operational issues and avoid project delays.

Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials used on site.

Enforce health safety and environmental policies on the construction site.

Prepare and maintain site records progress reports and documentation related to the project.

Coordinate logistics for material delivery and storage and manage site facilities and equipment maintenance.

Address any deviations from project plans and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct site surveys and set out construction reference points.

Manage contractors and site staff ensuring work is carried out per specifications and timelines.

Implement process improvements to optimize project execution and reduce costs.
