Working Mode:Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Italy and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency
Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing - translating customer needs into clear proposals in collaboration Product and Technical teams
Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team and a successful go-live for every customer
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers guiding them through the fast-evolving storage market while ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
Represent Entrix at conferences and industry events strengthening our visibility and positioning
Establish the foundations for building the Iberia Sales team mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
Support the ongoing development of our offerings by aligning with regulatory changes market trends and customer feedback

Mandatory Requirements
5 years of experience in sales business development project origination key account management or energy markets within renewables trading or infrastructure finance
Proven track record of originating and closing high-value contracts with energy investors or utilities
Strong understanding of commercial models for renewable energy and storage (merchant markets capacity markets tolling floor contracts)
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to bridge technical financial and legal aspects of complex agreements
Deep network among renewable developers investors and utilities in Poland (and ideally internationally)
Entrepreneurial proactive and excited about building Entrixs business in a fast-scaling environment
High adaptability and comfort with change you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic environment
