  • Job Responsibilities
  • Identifies growth opportunities by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to attract new clients for banking products investments or other financial services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the financial services sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Explain financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services credit health reports credit improvement services etc.) to customers.
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through various sales tactics.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with customers partners and business professionals.
  • Maintain accurate data and records in Google Sheets and submit regular reports.
  • Collect market feedback and share insights for product and process improvement.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales and performance reports to Team Leader/Management.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Education:A Bachelors degree in any field is often required.
  • Experience:A proven track record in sales with specific experience in the financial services or related industries is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
    • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is often a plus.
    • Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
