Job Description
- Lead & Develop Sales Team: Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team across group event and transient segments to achieve outstanding results.
- Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Design and execute growth strategies while building strong relationships with corporates agencies MICE organizations and premium event planners.
- Commercial Leadership & Innovation: Collaborate with the leadership team to align commercial goals drive sales innovation oversee key contracts and leverage data-driven tools like Salesforce and BV for optimal decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the premium or international hospitality sector.
- Established networks across MICE corporate and high-end event markets.
- Deep understanding of Japans business culture with fluency in both Japanese and English (mandatory).
- A forward-thinking hands-on leadership approach capable of inspiring teams and influencing executive-level decisions.
