Job Summary

About the Role:

You will will implement the editorial strategy and governance of the Associations primary website ensuring a cohesive user-centered experience that aligns with our value propositions and inspires business growth and engagement. You will collaborate with multiple with teams to guide what content belongs where and why and how it supports the visitor journey. Youll report to the Director - Content Operations and Performance as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

Editorial oversight and governance

  • Lead the holistic editorial view of the Associations website including homepage strategy and calendar.
  • Establish governance for new pages vs. updates taxonomy and megamenu structure to aid user navigation.
  • Manage global web themes and ensure consistency across the site.
  • Collaborate with partners across departments including subject matter experts to gather input and align content decisions with web editorial strategy.
  • Collaborate with Experience Management team to agree on digital marketing strategy and the role of the website in delivering that strategy.

Web content lifecycle management

  • Lead the Content Health initiative overseeing regular content audits to maintain relevance accuracy SEO AI search optimization accessibility and agreement to brand and editorial standards.
  • Analyze page performance and content age/relevancy to identify outdated materials and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Writing and Editing teams to update content.

User experience optimization and data-driven insights

  • Collaborate with Web Publishing and the Digital Product Management teams to apply UX best practices to improve the visitor journey.
  • Analyze web data lead reporting insights from the SEO team and user feedback to inform editorial decisions and improvements to enhance website performance. Report on insights to teams across Experience.
  • Establish and analyze web metrics to guide strategic updates and inform decision-making.

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in communications marketing UX or related field
  • 5 years experience in web content strategy editorial management or digital publishing

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $85000 - $100000
