Job Description

Weseek afor a Middle Product Designer tohelpus build and scale our end-to-end CTVplatform enabling advertisers and media owners toreach audiences across all screens and devices whereConnectedTV content isconsumed. Todeliver agreat user experience and delight our customers the Junior Product Designer will behelping in processing insights and conducting user research by themselves supporting product development by designing user interfaces and developing design system.
This position islocated inLviv Ukraine. The core team isdistributed betweenLviv and Kyiv primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings inthe office (we have offices in both the cities).
Responsibilities
- Research sketch prototype and test product design decisions.
- Translate requirements into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead tointuitive user experiences that drives business success.
- Support of design discovery activities tohelp define products features and user requirements.
- Support and development of design system that unifies the user experience across the product.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure a unified user experience across the platform.
Qualifications
- 2years ofprofessional experience inProductDesign.
- Portfolio and work samples including solution of web-interfaces of real commercial work including design process (research modeling ideation) along with unused drafts.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy typography color and spacing.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies and design processes.
- Able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders clearly communicating design rationale clearly.
- Able to work and iterate fast providing multiple solutions.
- Able to challenge the status-quo and design new approaches to the old problems.
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on fast iterations and continuous improvement.
- Proficient inFigma and prototyping.
- Experience with working with AI tool: research design and prototyping.
- Passionate about all thingsUX and other areas ofdesign and innovation.
- Stay up to date with the latest Ul trends design systems and emerging best practices.
- Must beable tocommunicate with U.S. based teams.
- Ability towork 11am 8pm EEST.

Bonus Points For:
- Basics of web-development (HTML CSS). Its great if you know how to build what youve designed.
- Web-design taste and skills. Our website has set of external tools that need to be updated occasionally (not whole website itself). Ability to design for difference sized to use the most of available screen.
- Marketing/ad-tech background. This will help you to design better solution that fits domain environment.
- A flair for data visualization Awesome! Wed love to see it.
- Illustration skills Even betterwere all for creativity!
