Were looking for a Senior Web UI/UX Designer to craft visually engaging intuitive and user-centered digital experiences across a variety of interactive projects.
This is a great opportunity to combine creativity and usability while working closely with developers content creators and other creative professionals on global initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs through research wireframes prototypes and user flows.
- Develop responsive layouts optimized for various devices.
- Ensure design consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
- Continuously improve usability and visual quality based on feedback and data insights.
- Design digital assets such as banners hero visuals icons and illustrations.
- Work closely with developers project managers and content teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Translate creative briefs into intuitive impactful design concepts.
- Support developers during implementation and ensure design accuracy in final delivery.
- Adapt and localize designs for different regions and audiences when required.
- Follow accessibility and usability best practices.
- Contribute to improving design workflows templates and review processes.
- Stay up to date with new design tools technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (experience in creative or interactive industries is a plus).
- Degree or diploma in Web/Multimedia Design Creative Arts IT or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in web and digital design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD);
- Strong understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative open-minded and proactive approach.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
