About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Product Designer to join our this role you will play a critical part in shaping user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams Product Management (with a potential growth path to Product Owner) Engineering and Marketing to create intuitive aesthetically pleasing and user-centric designs.
Your work will directly impact how customers interact with our products and services.
What will you do:
Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Improve user conversion retention and engagement with design solutions across the product.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends tools and best practices.
Applicant requirements:
3 years of experience in Product Design UX/UI design or similar role.
Experience in Product Management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout components efficient workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Precision and organisation in creating and maintaining designs.
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods.
Solid understanding of front-end principles (HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus).
Strong ability to prioritize between business needs UX and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English; copywriting skills are a strong advantage.
