Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Spain included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Spanish employer.
Location: Madrid Spain
Starting date: 03/11/2025
About the project:
Join an international team supporting a leading corporate payment solutions provider. You will assist business clients with their credit card transactions resolve account-related issues and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
- Assist business clients with issues related to their corporate credit cards.
- Support customers with various transaction inquiries.
- Ensure a professional and customer-oriented service experience.
Requirements:
- German at C2 level
- English at C1 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
What we offer:
- Permanent contract with a 2-month trial period.
- Salary: 1833 gross per month.
- 1500 sign-on bonus (paid separately).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 20:00 (split shift) with one rotating weekday off.
- Training included from day one: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday 9:00 to 16:00.
- Relocation package for candidates moving to Madrid:
- Travel reimbursement up to 200 (paid after 3 months).
- Housing aid of 300400 gross per month for the first 3 months (subject to taxes; proof of accommodation required).
