Currently we are hiring Customer Care Billing Specialist who will be working with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions to support the Nextivas billing operations processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts
- Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues
- Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellation
- Research and respond to customer credit card disputes
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
- Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages
- Support Nextivas ticketing system
- Provide back-up customer support for other positions as needed
- Create review and apply incoming payments
- Process credit applications and set customers up on invoicing
- Work with internal customers in other departments as needed
- Research discrepancies and help to settle disputes
- Order service disconnection (disable) of accounts as necessary
- Update customer account information to include change of address payment information or contact information
- Send customer copies of invoices upon request
- Participate in Billing System configuration as needed
- Perform other billing tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Experience in customer service roles and call center environment
- Advanced English (both written and oral)
- Exceptional Excel Skills and general computer literacy
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping background
- Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and willingness to align with the working hours of a team based in the United States specifically in the state of Arizona as needed
Will be a great plus:
- Prior experience in Billing or in a customer-facing role
