Qualifications
El Rol
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services teams and shared service centers.
- Work closely with the Operations team providing specialist technical advisory support to ensure alignment between policies and procedures.
- Compile and verify data from various sources including reinsurance policies proposals and signed slips.
- Monitor review and report on billing and accounting information identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate up-to-date records.
- Analyze clarify and resolve queries from internal and external clients applying established policies and exercising discretion within authority limits.
- Maintain regular interaction with cedents reinsurers and third parties to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Support brokers with the preparation of endorsements follow-up on subjectivities and updates to internal and external systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Computer skills including Inbroker Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
- Basic knowledge in financial mathematics.
- Effective analysis problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong client service orientation.
- Ability to identify and find essential information.
