Job Summary
Executive Assistant Undergraduate Admissions (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533131) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 1 year of work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal communication and organisational skills; computer literacy; the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently and in a team. They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in handling recruitment and student admissions matters would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
The appointee will provide administrative support to recruitment and student admissions of undergraduate programmes such as providing information to prospective candidates handling and processing applications and admissions offers arranging interviews and assisting in all marketing efforts such as admissions talks and events. He/She will also undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
