David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Korean speaking Account Manager for their offices in Malta.
Position: Account Manager
Location: Malta
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations launches or implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions that address client needs.
- Share and communicate relevant updates offers or promotions with clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide regular performance updates reports and insights to clients and management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to advise clients proactively.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Korean (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- 12 years of experience in Account Management Customer Success or Business Development (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
- Proactive adaptable and professional work approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
