Job Description
Our client is a well-established group operating across multiple brands and digital verticals. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with each brands objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across the group.
Location: On-site / Mosta Malta
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each brands goals while ensuring alignment with the overall group vision.
- Plan manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and other relevant platforms to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
- Execute and oversee SEO initiatives (on-page off-page and technical) to improve organic rankings and online visibility.
- Oversee website management through WordPress ensuring content accuracy timely updates and a strong user experience.
- Implement effective content marketing and social media strategies coordinating the production of digital assets email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets across brands and channels ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments creative teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and projects.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing developments tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns particularly on Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads and CRM or automation tools.
- Understanding of design principles and ability to use basic tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics (e.g. Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs).
- Proficiency in WordPress for content updates plugin management and optimization.
- Experience in social media email marketing and content strategy.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing teams or leading marketing projects.
- Degree in Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
