Job Summary
1) Tour Booking: Handle bookings rebooking and confirmations of applications including arranging additional services.
2) Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve problem situations.
3) Individual Request Handling: Calculate and manage individual requests.
4) Partner Cooperation: Collaborate with partners including agencies and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
5) Agent Support: Advise agents on hotel offerings additional services operational rules and assist in website navigation. 6)support the sales channel in terms of content (product knowledge knowledge of destinations knowledge of hotels)
