Job Summary

We are hiring a Head of Office Romania for a very large fully regulated global Forex group. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for leading and managing the companys established Romania office overseeing daily operations performance and multi-department teams. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong FX industry experience a commercial mindset and excellent operational control.

The Head of Office will oversee Conversion Retention Compliance Operations HR and additional support teams ensuring all departments meet company KPIs maintain regulatory standards and deliver high performance. This role requires previous experience leading in a regulated FX environment and the ability to build motivate and manage large teams.

Requirements

MUST have previous experience as Head of Office Country Manager Director or Senior Manager within a regulated Forex company.
Strong leadership experience managing Conversion Retention and multi-department teams.
Proven ability to oversee daily operations performance KPIs and sales structures.
Excellent understanding of the FX industry client lifecycle and compliance requirements.
Experience working with regulatory frameworks and cooperating with Compliance teams.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and improve performance.
Ability to recruit train and lead staff across multiple departments.
Strong communication organisational and decision-making skills.
Fluent English required. Romanian an advantage (optional based on client).
Must be able to work full-time on-site in Romania.
