What Youll Do

• Program and operate advanced lighting control systems (DMX ArtNet sACN) for live broadcast and virtual productions
• Design dynamic lighting sequences that respond to scripted cues or live inputs
• Translate creative concepts into programmable cue stacks timelines and pixel maps
• Collaborate closely with creative production and technical teams to integrate lighting into real and virtual environments
• Set up troubleshoot and maintain intelligent fixtures and LED arrays
• Optimize lighting for both realtime rendering (e.g. virtual productions) and high-quality broadcast
• Document lighting patching cue structures and system configuration for consistency and repeatability

Who You Are

• Experienced with professional lighting systems and show control workflows
• Skilled in programming protocols like DMX ArtNet and real-time control environments
• Proficient in scripting or automation (e.g. Lua Python) to support dynamic lighting setups
• A creative problem-solver who balances technical precision with artistic vision
• Excellent communicator who enjoys working in cross-disciplinary teams
• Organized detail-oriented and adept at working on cuebased productions
• Flexible with working hours to support live productions and rehearsals
