What Youll Do

• Set up operate and maintain AV gear: cameras lights mixing consoles and signal distribution systems
• Manage live video and audio workflows ensuring high-quality signal integrity during broadcasts and events
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or in the studio staying calm under pressure
• Coordinate with production lighting and creative teams to implement the AV vision for each project
• Carry out routine inspections preventative maintenance and system upgrades
• Assist in building scalable and modular AV infrastructure that supports our steady growth
• Stay informed about the latest AV hardware software and industry trends

Who You Are

• Proven experience working as an AV Technician Specialist or in a similar role in live production broadcast or events
• Good technical knowledge of video switchers signal routing lighting control and audio mixing
• Skilled problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve faults in real time
• Excellent communication skills able to work closely with both creative and technical team members
• Highly organized reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed
• Knowledge of English and/or Romanian; any additional language is a plus
