Junior Data Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Junior Data Engineer to help fuel and orchestrate AppTweaks next phase of growth!

As a Junior Data Engineer at AppTweak youll play a key role in building and maintaining the data backbone that powers our Revenue Operations team. Your work will help ensure that our Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams make smarter faster and more data-driven decisions.

Our ideal candidate has a technical background (SQL Python data tools etc.) and is eager to understand how data drives business performance and revenue growth.

This role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations within the Growth team (Marketing).

Your Responsibilities:

Revenue Systems & Automation:

• You own our CRM and Business Intelligence tool (we use Hubspot and Metabase) and you ensure data integrity data hygiene and accuracy for our business analytics.

• Connect different data sources into a unified data lake and build reports using SQL to support business decisions.

• Automate workflows to improve lead routing detect market signals and help our teams engage with prospects at the right time.

• Optimize the revenue funnel from prospect to renewal ensuring processes are scalable and efficient.

• Experiment with AI tools to boost automation personalization and data quality.

Enablement & Documentation:

• Manage and prioritize requests related to CRM and RevOps tools (HubSpot Intercom Gong n8n Apollo).

• Document workflows and processes so everyone can work consistently and clearly.

• Support and train internal teams on how to use tools effectively.

• Drive adoption of go-to-market tools through clear documentation hands-on support and continuous improvements.

Revenue Strategy Execution and Alignment:

• Work closely with Sales Marketing Product Engineering and Finance to connect strategy data and execution.

• Support growth initiatives with AI-powered segmentation automation and enrichment.

• Monitor buyer intent engagement trends and market insights to help teams anticipate opportunities and strengthen retention.

Location: Brussels Belgium (hybrid work policy).

Please note you will need to be based in Belgium and to have a European valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the role.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position Consulting data analysis or related field.

• Masters degree in Engineering Business Engineering Computer Science or a relevant field.

• Technical fluency: youre familiar with SQL Python or JavaScript or API integrations.

• Youre passionate about business.

• Experience with data hygiene governance and integrity across tools (Hubspot BI tools customer data platforms).

• Autonomy proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong project management skills.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience optimizing business processes to align Sales Marketing and Customer Success.

• Knowledge about SaaS businesses.

• Familiarity with AI tools/agents (eg. ChatGPT n8n Perplexity Lovable).
