Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer passionate about technology and customer success to join our After Sales & Service team :
Your responsibilities:
Test repair and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems.
Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts service packs).
Short international trips (Mon-Fri)
Qualifications :
Your profile:
Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
English required French/Dutch is a strong plus.
Skilled in MS Office & Teams eager to learn custom software.
Customer-focused team player proactive mindset.
No fear of heights or vertigo
