Role Overview

As Data Center Facilities Program Manager you independently manage medium-level projects coordinate operational teams and develop people strategies to maximize team growth and contribution. You operate across business functions own your budget represent Facilities in complex initiatives and drive continuous improvement. You manage contracts monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with new regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead major Data Centre Facility and security projects acting as main contact with Euroclear divisions
• Work closely with Corporate Security to achieve shared goals
• Support Facility Management Strategy and share standard methodologies
• Provide reporting and manage resources budgets and governance
• Coordinate project collaborators and suppliers define critical metrics and manage risks

Technical Skills

• Engineering degree or relevant technical background (mechanics electricity HVAC etc.)
• Program management experience or AGILE/Prince2 certification
• Advanced O365 ServiceNow IRM and ERP (e.g. ORACLE) skills
• Fluent in English & French
• 810 years experience in critical facilities and SCADA project management
