Job Summary
Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 with attractive KPI bonuses and yearly performance-based incentives.
Workdays: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am -1pm
Location: Sin Ming Dr
Job Scope:
- Responsible for ensuring workshop meets all requirements set out by Company (equipment manpower staff training safety)
- Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians
- Responsible for training planning for technicians to maintain competency of the team
- Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop
- All related administration is completed to an accurate standard.
- Pass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented
- Operate the workshop loading system allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable
