Job Summary:
Our client is an MFI and looking for an Admin Manager to lead and manage all administrative functions including procurement fixed assets facilities and general office support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations cost efficiency and effective support for overall business functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Admin Department including budgeting planning and daily operations.
- Manage procurement: sourcing quotations vendor negotiation contracts purchase orders and cost savings.
- Supervise building and office management ensuring safety cleanliness and regular maintenance.
- Control and maintain company assets machinery and equipment.
- Lead recruit and train administrative staff ensuring effective team performance.
- Manage contracts (service maintenance rental) and ensure timely payments.
- Support new office setup decoration projects and renovations.
- Organize company events meetings and activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve admin efficiency.
