Job Summary

A leading construction company seeking a Structural Design Manager to oversee and manage structural design operations for projects of various scales. The company focuses on delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions in line with client needs and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee organization chart and job descriptions aligned with project scale and operations.
Ensure accurate safe and cost-effective modeling before approval.
Review and approve calculation notes ensuring completeness and correctness.
Coordinate tender construction and shop drawings ensuring they meet project requirements client needs and ISO9001-2015 standards.
Collaborate with architect and MEP teams to prevent delays in drawing submissions.
Inspect site progress address defects and ensure timely reporting.
Lead team meetings training and biweekly P.O.P. for site issue resolution.
Ensure drawings (preliminary construction shop and as-built) meet safety standards code requirements and deadlines.

Main Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
8 years of experience in structural design and project management
Expertise in structural analysis CAD and design software (Robot Etabs SAP Safe AutoCAD)
Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluent in Khmer and English (other languages a plus)
