Draft and prepare pleadings discovery motions correspondence and other legal documents.
File documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronically and in person).
Perform legal research and summarize findings.
Maintain and organize case files both electronic and hard copy.
Manage attorneys calendars schedule appointments deadlines depositions and meetings.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients court staff and opposing counsel.
Assist with trial and hearing preparation including preparation of exhibits and trial notebooks.
Assist with submitting expenses and time entries and assist with billing-related tasks.
Coordinate and track discovery requests and responses.
Assist attorneys in preparing for mediations depositions and hearings.
Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as needed.
