Located in Charlotte NC CCIs subsidiaries operate in Buffalo NY Naperville IL Salt Lake City UT West Hartford CT and Hamilton ON.

CCI has a Paralegal position available in Charlotte NC. The position will offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

Organize and maintain litigation calendars using MS Outlook
Enter notes into company case management system
Draft pleadings file with court perfect service
Ensure timely payment of legal invoices from outside counsel
Maintain Judgment renewal schedule
Monitor and disseminate court notices

Job Requirements

3 years of relevant experience in litigation
Experience using MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree or paralegal training/paralegal certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidentiality and a professional demeanor
Bankruptcy experience a plus
