Located in Charlotte NC CCIs subsidiaries operate in Buffalo NY Naperville IL Salt Lake City UT West Hartford CT and Hamilton ON.
CCI has a Paralegal position available in Charlotte NC. The position will offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties include (but are not limited to)
- Organize and maintain litigation calendars using MS Outlook
- Enter notes into company case management system
- Draft pleadings file with court perfect service
- Ensure timely payment of legal invoices from outside counsel
- Maintain Judgment renewal schedule
- Monitor and disseminate court notices
Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in litigation
- Experience using MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree or paralegal training/paralegal certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidentiality and a professional demeanor
- Bankruptcy experience a plus
