Oracle Functional Manager

Job Description:

• Responsibilities:

  Solution Design & Blueprinting
  Define the overall architecture and solution design for Oracle SaaS ERP modules (e.g. Financials SCM Procurement)
  Translate business requirements into an Oracle Cloud solution architecture using standard and extensible components
  Own the creation and sign-off of solution blueprints architecture diagrams and integration patterns
  Cross-Stream Coordination
  Align functional technical data migration and reporting workstreams with the enterprise design
  Collaborate with security compliance and infrastructure teams to ensure architectural integrity
  Governance & Best Practices
  Establish and enforce architecture governance processes design reviews and solution traceability
  Promote Oracle-recommended practices for extensibility integration and reporting (e.g. minimal customizations use of FBDI BIP OIC)
  Integration Strategy
  Design integration landscape using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ERP adapters third-party APIs
  Define authentication data security and fault tolerance in integration design
  Data Strategy
  Define data migration strategy mapping logic and cutover sequencing using FBDI/ADFdi and legacy data sources
  Ensure data quality consistency and referential integrity
  Stakeholder Management
  Engage business process owners functional leads technical teams and senior executives to validate solutions
  Present solution options trade-offs and recommendations to executive and steering committees
  Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization
  Ensure solution scalability and extensibility for future rollouts and upgrades
  Lead architectural reviews for enhancements and new modules

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  12 years of experience in ERP solution design with at least 4 years in Oracle SaaS Cloud ERP
  Expertise across Oracle Financials SCM or Procurement Cloud modules
  Strong understanding of Oracle PaaS tools (OIC VBCS APEX) data migration (FBDI) and reporting (BIP OTBI)
  Experience in integration architecture and cloud security design
  Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
  
  Preferred experience:
  Oracle Certified Cloud Architect / SaaS ERP specialist
  Experience in multi-country/multi-entity global rollouts
  Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman)
  Exposure to OCI infrastructure services and DevOps practices
