The Role:
This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Head of Brand and leading our social media team! You will be highly creative energetic and be passionate about taking ownership of our social media function. Sound like you read on! ...
Day to day you will:
- Own Showpos end-to-end social strategy across all platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook Pinterest and emerging channels).
- Align creative and content outputs from the Social Lead and Content Lead into one unified ROI-driven social roadmap.
- Partner with the Head of Brand to ensure social ladders up to broader marketing brand and commercial priorities.
- Act as the key point of contact for social across the business presenting strategy insights and performance to senior stakeholders.
- Drive social KPIs including engagement reach traffic following and revenue.
- Track and report performance across platforms providing actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Lead coach manage and motivate the Social Media team to high performance
Who are you
- 3 years experience in social media management ideally within fashion e-commerce or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial impact through social media.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook Pinterest) and emerging features.
- Experience managing a social team with proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Brings energy fun and creativity to our socials!
