POSITION OVERVIEW
The Global Application Services Specialist is responsible for the support maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications across global IT landscape. This role ensures that business-critical applications are reliable secure and aligned with operational needs. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders external vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application services and continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications across business domains.
Coordinate application lifecycle activities including upgrades patches and performance tuning.
Manage incidents service requests and problem resolution related to application services.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions.
Ensure application compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of application support.
Maintain documentation for application configurations procedures and change history.
Support integration between applications and other IT systems.
Participate in application-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and operations.
Experience with ERP CRM or other business-critical platforms.
Knowledge of application integration data flows and APIs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global environment.
Experience with ITIL processes and service management tool
Bachelors or masters degree in information technology Computer Science or related field.
37 years of experience in enterprise application support or management.
Experience in a global enterprise environment is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL SAP Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
