What Youll Do
As the senior leader driving growth you will shape the agencys commercial direction and build long-term strategic partnerships.
You will:
Lead new business wins across creative social media and tech-enabled solutions.
Build qualify and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Guide pitch teams and craft compelling proposals that showcase integrated capabilities.
Strengthen and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Spot opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and widen service offerings.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive insight-led marketing strategies.
Translate market trends into actionable plans that support long-term revenue goals.
Provide senior management with clear reporting on pipeline health performance and developments.
Advocate for and integrate AI-driven marketing and visual analytics in client solutions.
Coach junior team members and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
Requirements
What You Bring
7 years of experience in business development client leadership or strategic partnerships within creative media marketing or digital agencies.
Strong record of winning new business and leading pitch processes.
Deep understanding of integrated marketing services; exposure to AI or tech solutions is a plus.
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment and financial understanding.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Organised proactive and comfortable driving multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
