Job Description / Duties: Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Working with the management team:
Train and Develop Support Staff (SA FR and Expo)
Manage support staff during service hours.
o Tasks

o Process
o Assignments
Guest feedback/interaction
Help as needed with party sheets
Develop staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Implement protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Oversees opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers.
Weekly competition ideas
Onboard/hire new staff members.
Oversee trainer program.
Communication board updates
Scheduling
